Basic Pole Beginner
Experience the fitness side of pole aswell as the dance side to pole dancing. Learn new moves engage with others feel the confidence growth with in you!
Private 1-2-1 pole / Twerk
Lessons are completley designed to meet your needs and requirment, challenging yourself whilst enjoying the progress. For those not confident in a group and need 1-2-1 coaching this is available.
Twerk classes
Fun energetic classes focused on moving your waistline buttocks area creating shapes and movement, incoporating a dance routine can be for exercise and learn new techniques for performance use also.
(Please research on the twerking as some may have different interpretation.)
